An Introduction

This isn't much of an entry -- that ought to come within the next few hours -- but more of a hello, before we jump right into things. This blog is going to focus on Dayton and the things that impact its economy -- job creation, layoffs, budgeting, et cetera -- and examine how they apply (or, at least, try to examine how they apply) to business law.

  1. Great blog and so true. As they say, "it just happened.” I remember last years wind storm very well. The wind broke our neighbor’s privacy fence which busted our 50 x 50 window. Since he installed the fence himself, our insurance company advised us to insist that he use his insurance company, which we did. But had we had to use our insurance company, we would have had a hard time coming up with the deductible. Oh yea, our agent reminded us that we could only have three claims a year; after that, they drop you. But like I said before it just happened!
